Malaysia Delivery

Note: Orders are processed within 2-3 working days before shipping.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery typically takes 3-14 working days depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at EasyParcel or through your account on our website.
📦 Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in the same condition you received it
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Include receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Return
Step 1: Email us at hello@gingerberryshop.com with the subject line: RETURN FORM [Order Number]
Include:
– Order Number
– Product name(s)
– Reason for return
Step 2: Wait for our email confirmation before mailing out your return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
